At Redgum Port Augusta Vet Clinic we are a fully equipped and functioning vet clinic. We help all types of animals and are able to provide your pet with an extensive range of treatments at the Port Augusta Vet. Dr Roger Absalom began his veterinary career in 1984 in Port Augusta.

He studied at the Murdoch University and immediately began practicing after completing his degree. Through this he attained a variety of experience. In addition to providing medical advice for your pets, the Redgum Port Augusta Vet offers per boarding, grooming, behavioral training, home visits and outreach clinic.

The clinic is located at 24 Woodcock street, Port Augusta and is open between 8:30am to 5:00pm from Monday to Friday. Furthermore, we are open on Saturdays between 8.30am and 11.00 am, and Thursday from 6pm to 8pm by appointment only.  We promote the highest standards of health and safety for your pet.

Port Augusta Vet has developed a full service veterinary clinic and have highly qualified team of vets and animal nurses. The Port Augusta Vet provides each client with the best possible care, support and diagnosis. Our services include x-ray processing and ultrasound, additionally surgical support tools.

Additionally, we network with a variety of specialist services to ensure that those cases where more is required and surgery is most likely the resolution, is viable and we are able to provide solutions. Furthermore, the clinic carries a variety of products aimed to improve your pets health, nutritional needs, toys, treats and skin or coat requirements.

In addition to our vet and nursing services, we are able to provide grooming services to your pet. This grooming includes hair cuts, nail polishing, ear plucking, hair dying and hydro bathing. Our team at the clinic can also provide behavioural training for your pet.
